Meet the Nerdused Support Team

Nerdused Ltd is a UK company (no. 16876657) based in Pinner, London, and a member of the Microsoft Partner Program (Partner ID 6467441). Four technical support advisors answer our live chat and email, and the same four people write and review the installation guides on this site. Each guide shows who last reviewed it and when.

All four have worked with Microsoft products for more than ten years, and between them they handle every installation and activation question that reaches us. A guide is updated when Microsoft ships a new build, changes an activation flow, or a customer tells us a step no longer matches what they see on screen.

How we keep guides accurate

  • Every Office installer on this site is a Microsoft Office Deployment Tool package. Our Office install guides list the file size and SHA-256 checksum of each download so you can verify what you received.
  • Vendor support-end dates are shown on every product page and in each guide, so you know before you buy whether a version still receives security updates.
  • If you find a step that no longer matches what you see on screen, tell us on live chat and the advisor who owns that guide will re-test it.
